About This Role
We are in search of a dynamic Ad Copywriter to contribute to the development and scaling of performance marketing campaigns at Kikoff. This role is action-oriented and focuses on producing exceptional ad copy and scripts across various channels, including paid social, television, and more.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Creative, Growth, and Production teams to swiftly transform briefs, insights, and successful patterns into innovative ad concepts. Your enthusiasm for ad strategy at the execution level will be essential, as you analyze why certain hooks, angles, and formats excel and leverage those insights in new creative endeavors. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver a high volume of impactful ad concepts, iterate rapidly, and assist the team in optimizing high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the ideation, scripting, and creative enhancement of high-impact advertisements across digital and paid media.
Evaluate creative performance, analyze data, and swiftly iterate based on findings to uncover insights and refine creative strategies.
Craft compelling ad copy and scripts for paid social, video, display, and emerging formats.
Effectively translate creative briefs, performance metrics, audience insights, and successful hooks into new ad variants.
Facilitate ongoing creative testing by generating multiple iterations of concepts, hooks, and messaging strategies.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to transform scripts into polished ad assets.
Leverage AI tools to expedite copy generation, ideation, and variant creation.
Ensure seamless organization across multiple simultaneous campaigns and projects.
