We are on the lookout for a passionate Ad Sales & Partnerships Manager who will be instrumental in generating new advertising revenue by forging and finalizing partnerships outside of the travel sector (DMOs, financial institutions, and consumer brands) and by effectively selling the comprehensive suite of KAYAK Media Solutions. This role is pivotal in fostering robust relationships with agencies and brands across all Hispanic markets in LATAM, proactively identifying new opportunities, pitching integrated media solutions, and collaborating with the Endemic Commercial team to enhance Media Solutions uptake with Endemic Partners. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and have a proven track record in managing cross-regional partnerships and agency networks to drive ad revenue growth.
Note: This role requires on-site presence at our Miami office at least three times a week.

In this role, you will:
Cultivate and expand business relationships with non-travel partners such as DMOs, financial institutions, and consumer brands.
Identify potential opportunities, build your own pipeline, pitch integrated media solutions, and successfully close new deals.
Coordinate and lead meetings with internal stakeholders and clients, delivering exceptional service.
Develop a commercial strategy in collaboration with media agencies and direct clients for sustained long-term success.
Create compelling proposals and pitch decks for partners.
Manage your own sales pipeline effectively from the prospecting phase to closing.
Collaborate closely with the Client Success Team to foster and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing consultation and support.
