Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily administrative operations to ensure effective facility management and administrative service delivery.
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of company facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive work environment.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to guarantee timely and quality service in alignment with company standards.
- Monitor service performance and proactively resolve operational challenges related to facilities and administrative services.
- Manage and track company assets and administrative resources efficiently.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination of operational needs.
- Assist in budget management for administrative functions, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
- Supervise administrative staff as necessary, ensuring adherence to company protocols and efficient task completion.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improving administrative processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
