We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in support of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) M-Code Aviation Receiver (MAR) Joint Program Office (JPO) at Warner Robins, GA.
The MAR JPO is responsible for managing systems that provide precise positioning, navigation, and timing information for various Department of Defense (DoD) weapon systems, including Software Defined User Equipment (SDUE), Miniaturized Airborne GPS Receiver (MAGR) 2000, and more. These systems are undergoing significant modernization to address emerging threats and improve long-term resilience.
This position is expected to commence in May 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the MAR JPO leadership and team.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for both government and contractor personnel.
- Prepare, format, and disseminate correspondence, presentations, reports, and official program documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in compliance with Air Force and DoD records management standards.
- Facilitate meeting logistics, including conference room bookings, virtual meeting setups, agendas, minutes, and action items.
