Salary up to €4,613 gross per month based on 36 hours (FWG 50)
Year-end bonus (8.33%) and holiday allowance (8%)
€0.21 per kilometer and free parking or full public transport reimbursement

What Will You Do?
As an Administrative Assistant for the Resident Council, you will ensure that meetings are well-prepared, documents are ready on time, and appointments are followed up.
Your tasks will include:
Organizing and taking minutes for various meetings (RVB, BR, OR, and courtyard consultations) while monitoring action points;
Assessing urgency and coordinating meeting agendas with the board secretary;
Aligning meeting documents in consultation with the board secretary;
Assisting in the preparation of policy plans, annual reports, and approval and advice requests;
Advising on methods, priorities, and legal procedures regarding participation;
Coordinating elections and training activities;
Guiding and coaching council members and new members in their roles;
Being a listening ear, demonstrating patience, and steering as needed.
In short, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
