Position Summary:
The Schroeder Arthritis Institute stands as Canada's premier multidisciplinary hub for arthritis care, seamlessly integrating medical, surgical, and basic science disciplines in Orthopedics, Rheumatology, and Osteoporosis. Our mission is to significantly enhance patient care, education, and research on a global scale. The Orthopedic Program is dedicated to advancing integrated arthritis care to improve patient experiences and outcomes.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Low Back Rapid Assessment Clinic and offer digital assistance to both clinical and non-clinical users of the Clinical Management System (CMS). You will work closely with the team to facilitate patient care and contribute to the creation and distribution of educational materials, webinars, and training sessions, while serving as a primary contact for provincial CMS users and regional hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support patient care delivery for the Low Back Rapid Assessment Clinics
• Provide user support for the CMS digital platform
• Assist in developing and delivering educational resources and webinars
• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at enhancing digital platform experiences
• Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Duties Include:
- Address user inquiries and provide customer support for over 5,000 primary care providers and non-clinical staff
- Triage and manage program inbox emails effectively
- Resolve CMS access and performance issues
- Participate in weekly vendor meetings to discuss user support insights
- Register new CMS users while adhering to privacy and security standards
- Coordinate training sessions and support future initiatives.
