POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Associate for Learning & Community Engagement (LCE) is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, project management, and strategic assistance to the Learning & Community Engagement team. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Learning & Community Engagement and supports various projects and initiatives spearheaded by the Vice President and the Director of Leadership & Capacity Building.
The ideal candidate excels in managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, demonstrating a strong commitment to equity and justice. They must possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to coordinate intricate schedules, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a track record of experience in project management and event planning, all while maintaining composure under pressure.
This is a full-time, exempt position. Inatai is proud to serve as a statewide organization and recognizes that there are talented leaders throughout our state.
