Position Responsibilities
Key Duties:
- Handle a variety of executive administrative tasks, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, organizing events, and scheduling necessary facilities and equipment.
- Expertly facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new executives, adapting to changing needs as they arise.
- Support meetings by distributing agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel, including hotel bookings, flight check-ins, visa procurement, and detailed itineraries.
- Manage financial tasks such as compiling expense claims, approving purchase orders, and overseeing reimbursements.
- Serve as a primary liaison, managing incoming requests and extensive email correspondence.
- Enhance operational efficiency by proposing improvements and assisting in the development of new operational strategies.
- Track and manage actions and deliverables effectively.
- Build and maintain trust with executives, making informed decisions on their behalf with discretion.
- Establish strong working relationships with leaders by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and offering solutions to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Recognize and understand key stakeholders, fostering productive relationships throughout the organization.
