Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of Executive Administrative Business Partner tasks on a rotating basis, such as complex calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, event organization, and scheduling facilities and equipment.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new executives, adapting to meet evolving requirements as necessary.
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel, including hotel bookings, flight check-ins, visa applications, and comprehensive itineraries.
- Oversee financial administration tasks, including expense claim compilation, purchase order approvals, and reimbursement management.
- Serve as a primary contact, managing incoming requests and extensive email correspondence.
- Enhance operational efficiency by proposing continuous improvement ideas and assisting in the development of new operational strategies.
- Track actions and deliverables effectively.
- Build and maintain trust with executive leaders, making informed decisions on their behalf with sound judgment and discretion.
- Develop strong working relationships with leaders by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and providing strategic solutions for effective decision-making.
- Understand key stakeholders and foster effective working relationships across the organization.
