Role Overview
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Group Assistant to join our Napa, CA team. This position is ideal for someone who excels in organizational tasks, thrives in a remote working environment, and is committed to alleviating challenges for others, enabling them to concentrate on their core responsibilities.
In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day operational support, coordinate logistics, and assist with various in-person tasks for our CEO, making residency in the Napa area advantageous. We value resourcefulness and a willingness to contribute across tasks of all sizes.
This position is suited for a self-starter who appreciates working independently, anticipates the needs of others, and is driven to enhance operational efficiency.
