Core Responsibilities
This position encompasses the essential functions as defined by management, though it does not limit the tasks that may be assigned or reassigned at any time for reasonable accommodation or other needs.
Under general supervision, you will execute a diverse range of technical maintenance, repair, and testing on intricate digital and analog electronic components, electrical and electro-mechanical components, cable assemblies, sub-assemblies, and complete systems to support various Robotic Systems. Regular use of diagnostic software will be essential for identifying equipment and system issues, alongside specialized testing apparatus such as analyzers, digital oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, clocks, timers, calipers, voltmeters, power supplies, rulers, and other necessary testing equipment.
Key Duties Include:
Conduct failure analysis, repairs, testing, and packaging in accordance with relevant work instructions and experience.
Update RMA data in SAP including complaint root cause, complaint codes, preventative maintenance findings, and required repairs.
Maintain comprehensive work order information, including BOM, completed operations, tools and materials used in repairs, and test results.
Analyze wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, and fabrication drawings for effective repairs and testing of field-replaceable units (FRUs).
Provide detailed descriptions of symptoms for failures identified during repair, functional testing, and calibration to aid in troubleshooting at the component level.
Perform quality inspections of your own or others’ work to ensure compliance with workmanship standards.
Complete all necessary documentation according to GDP guidelines.
Report quality issues and provide details needed to generate quality notifications (VR, PL, NCs), recording transactions in SAP to maintain traceability.
Keep a tidy and organized workspace in line with 6S standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
