Position Overview:
The Advisory Manager will lead a team of financial planning associates, ensuring high-quality support for our advisors. This role involves balancing direct client service with team management, performance monitoring, and compliance adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the workflow of Planning Associates to ensure timely and efficient delivery of financial planning services to advisors.
- Maintain the quality and accuracy of planning work through best practices and established protocols.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and regular feedback to team members.
- Manage daily personnel needs, including scheduling and performance-related issues.
- Communicate departmental goals and guide team execution to meet objectives.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to support professional development and alignment of goals.
- Track progress towards SMART goals and offer support as needed.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and contribute to ongoing team member development.
- Collaborate with HR to foster career growth opportunities.
