Join our dynamic Solution Consulting team as an Advisory Solution Consultant for Healthcare, where your expertise will significantly influence our success in the Healthcare Provider Solution Sales initiative. In collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and our executive team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue for our innovative products. This position requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of delivering solutions and effectively positioning them during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team to support product sales.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
- Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow team members.
- Facilitate strategic programs in key accounts, including customer journey sessions aimed at roadmap alignment and outcome agreements.
- Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that could better meet customer needs and offer additional value.
- Collaborate with fellow Solution Consultants to share best practices and reusable assets, enhancing team efficiency and quality.
- Remain informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
