We invite applications for the position of Aero Data Quality Engineer at our Silverstone facility. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of engineers, providing insights to the Aero Performance & Correlation Group, focusing on data correlation from our wind tunnel, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and track data. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data gathered in each environment. - Ensure the accuracy and reliability of aerodynamic performance data from wind tunnel tests, CFD simulations, and on-track telemetry.
- Develop and implement data validation and quality control processes to uphold high data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with aerodynamicists, engineers, and data scientists to address and resolve data quality concerns.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of data quality processes to facilitate continuous improvement as part of the broader correlation initiative.
- Work closely with members of the Aero Performance group and other engineering teams.
- Exhibit flexibility in attendance and work attitude, aligning with the requirements of the role and specific project demands.
