Position Overview
The Industry Partnership Manager is responsible for the development, growth, and management of essential aviation industry partnerships across Cotulla Education’s aviation campuses. This role focuses on cultivating and expanding national and multi-campus employer relationships, driving enterprise hiring pipelines, and creating investment opportunities that bolster workforce alignment and institutional growth.
As a vital member of the Partnerships team, the Industry Partnership Manager will define account tier strategies, promote vertical partnership initiatives, and identify new revenue and expansion opportunities within the aerospace field. This position acts as the primary representative for designated industry partners and collaborates closely with campus leadership teams to ensure effective campus-level benefits.
Through strategic relationship management, market insights, and disciplined planning, the Industry Partnership Manager will enhance Cotulla Education’s visibility in the industry, strengthen employer value propositions, and foster long-term workforce partnerships.
