About The Role
As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Traze’s non-IB affiliate channels on a global scale. Your responsibilities will involve onboarding and nurturing relationships with influencers, content creators, trading communities, educators, bloggers, comparison sites, and signal providers.
Your primary objective will be to create a robust pipeline of traffic partners, optimize their performance, ensure the quality of traffic, and drive deposit growth across diverse regions.
This role demands a proactive, relationship-oriented individual who possesses a deep understanding of the trading and FinTech landscape, and is driven by performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliates across global markets.
- Relationship & Performance Management: Foster ongoing communication with affiliates and provide support with creatives, tracking links, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Affiliate Campaign Management: Initiate and oversee affiliate campaigns ensuring accurate tracking and attribution.
- Traffic Quality & Compliance: Conduct daily monitoring of traffic quality (including bot checks, identifying abnormal patterns, and fraud prevention). Appropriately reject invalid traffic and escalate concerns while ensuring all affiliates adhere to brand and regulatory standards.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance affiliate payout structures (CPA, Hybrid) based on ROI and scale high-performing affiliates across AR, EN, SEA, LATAM, and Turkey.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably in fintech, trading, lead generation, or iGaming).
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, activating, and managing affiliates.
