THE ROLE:
Acceleration Partners is on the lookout for a talented Affiliate Partner Growth Manager to join our Strategic Partner Development Department. We are specifically searching for a professional with substantial experience in partnerships and affiliate marketing within the APAC region, particularly with a deep understanding of the Chinese market. Your primary focus will be to foster growth and strategic initiatives for our enterprise clients. This role demands close collaboration with client teams, pitching high-value opportunities, providing strategic market insights, and reporting on progress towards set goals. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset will be crucial for success in this position.
TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy and Execution:
- Alignment to Client Strategy and Goals: Contribute actively to quarterly planning and execution alongside clients to achieve strategic objectives and growth targets.
- Creation and Ongoing Ownership of Strategy: Develop and manage recruitment and partner growth strategies that align with client programs, ensuring timely execution. This includes negotiating terms, setting up campaigns, adjusting commissions, and managing communications with partners.
- Strategy Pivots: Adapt strategies as needed to meet client objectives; communicate effectively about expectations and new goals when necessary.
Client Revenue:
- Publisher Performance: Drive revenue growth within the Growth & Partnerships department by building high-potential relationships, optimizing publisher performance, and implementing effective recruitment strategies across APAC markets.
- SME in Client Verticals and Partner Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted resource within APAC Market and partnership verticals, leading conversations with expertise in managed client verticals.
