As the successful candidate, you will spearhead the formulation and implementation of our Africa Group strategy, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of the economic, political, and social factors that shape the African market.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders
You will partner with the Co-Heads of our Africa Group and the Business Manager to execute strategies that enhance client development, identify new opportunities, conduct market analysis, oversee initiatives to raise our profile, and assess return on investment.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Africa market to enhance the firm's competitive edge.
- Facilitate collaboration between the Africa group and global strategic client teams to prioritize and develop key client relationships.
- Encourage a systematic approach to client outreach and relationship management across various markets.
- Maximize visibility and reputation through flagship marketing initiatives and events in conjunction with our Marketing team.
- Ensure that legal teams are well-prepared for client interactions and engagements.
