Job Purpose
As an Aftermarket Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our aftermarket operations for industrial mixers and agitators. This position entails managing a diverse portfolio of services, including spare parts, repairs, service contracts, retrofits, and upgrades. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability of equipment within the process industries across Saudi Arabia, thereby maximizing the lifecycle value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Aftermarket Sales & Business Development
Generate aftermarket revenue by selling spare parts, wear components, service agreements (AMC/CMC), inspections, repairs, overhauls, and retrofits for industrial mixers and agitators.
Identify new business opportunities within the installed base, particularly for obsolete or aging equipment.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, collaborating effectively with OEM partners and internal service teams.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close orders in alignment with company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and nurture strong relationships with end users, EPCs, maintenance teams, and shutdown planners.
Conduct regular site visits, equipment audits, and customer meetings throughout KSA.
Provide support during planned shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency breakdowns.
Technical & Application Support
Serve as the primary technical contact for aftermarket requirements related to mixers and agitators.
Assist customers with spare parts identification, troubleshooting, performance enhancement, and upgrade solutions.
Coordinate field service efforts, including inspections, commissioning support, and corrective maintenance.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and monthly reports.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback within the Saudi market.
Contribute to marketing initiatives, campaigns, and the mapping of our installed base.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies, OEM standards, Saudi regulations, and HSE requirements.
Promote safe working practices during site visits and service operations.
