Summary
Join our vibrant team as an Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR) at Crown Equipment Corporation. In this exciting role, you'll be instrumental in driving service and parts sales by cultivating strong relationships with new clients in your designated territory. Your focus will be on enhancing service levels and customer satisfaction for existing accounts while collaborating with internal teams to foster long-term customer connections. This position will report to either the Service Manager or the Branch Manager, depending on the scale of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage customer accounts and their diverse requirements.
- Identify and develop new service and parts business through proactive outreach, including cold calls and service presentations.
- Secure orders for truck repairs on both core and non-core products to generate new business for the branch.
- Introduce and sell tailored PMP agreements to potential clients.
- Negotiate customized service and training agreements with both existing and new customers.
- Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities for support products, truck repairs, battery sales, rental leads, and training services.
- Process customer orders with professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond to sales leads promptly, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Foster trusted relationships through transparent and interactive communication.
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to meticulously document all customer interactions.
