A pivotal role at the heart of the agency
Reporting to the Agency Manager, you become a true organizational pillar. You ensure administrative fluidity and support both managers and operational teams on a daily basis.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Agency Assistance
- Welcoming visitors both in person and over the phone
- Managing general expenses, supplies, and service providers
- Overseeing the vehicle fleet
- Handling mail and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
Support for Managers
- Organizing agency meetings and events
- Drafting correspondence and reports
- Logistical support (internal organization, agency projects)
HR & QSE Role
- Preparing for the arrival of new employees (equipment, vehicles, onboarding)
- Monitoring trial periods and variable payroll elements
- Managing training, certifications, and medical visits
- Overseeing personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety obligations
- Reporting workplace accidents in coordination with the QSE department
Tender Management
- Researching tender documents
- Compiling and submitting administrative files
A cross-functional, dynamic, and responsible position where each day is different.
A stimulating environment
You will work closely with agency teams and the Group's support functions (HR, payroll, accounting, IT, procurement, vehicle fleet...). You will also interact with external stakeholders: suppliers, clients, training organizations, occupational health services, and temporary employment agencies.
You are at the crossroads of communication.
