We are seeking a Agency Manager H/F based in Le Grand-Quevilly (76).
Reporting to the Branch Director, you will oversee a profit center utilizing all available human and material resources, driving commercial activity in line with objectives set by management.
Your mission is structured around three main pillars:
Client Development through Field Prospecting:
- Understand your commercial environment (competition, market, potential clients, ongoing projects, etc.);
- Familiarize yourself with the equipment range of your agency (safety regulations, customer advice, etc.);
- Implement your validated Commercial Action Plan (PAC) approved by management;
- Retain existing clients through field visits and follow-ups;
- Diversify and grow your client portfolio by prospecting (outbound calls, visits, etc.) and following up on prospecting/web campaigns;
- Negotiate and advocate for rental prices, trade sales, and associated services;
- Supervise the layout, establishment, and growth of trade activities;
Manage Your Commercial and Technical Teams:
- Integrate and train team members;
- Plan/delegate activities and monitor results (annual evaluation interviews, weekly team meetings, etc.);
- Facilitate agency meetings and actions defined by the group;
- Develop team members' skills;
- Adapt the organization based on activity and team competencies;
Oversee a Profit Center:
- Manage the agency daily through reporting tools and IT systems;
- Optimize equipment inventory and workshop management;
- Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of the premises and equipment provided to the agency;
- Participate in defining the agency's budget in collaboration with management;
- Ensure operating results align with objectives;
- Implement agency procedures as defined by the company, particularly regarding billing quality, supplier referencing, and debt collection/disputes.
