We are seeking an Agency Partner Manager dedicated to accelerating our growth trajectory by strategically aligning with agency partners as we expand our market reach.
In this role, you will empower your agency partners to achieve success by guiding them in creating ambitious business plans, honing their expertise with our platform, and collaborating on effective lead generation and sales strategies. You will also co-develop tailored solutions to meet complex client needs. As a key contributor, you will shape our product offerings and partner program, Circle, by sharing valuable insights with stakeholders and advocating for your agency portfolio through various channels. You will continuously learn, grow, and demonstrate your impact by tracking and reporting on vital business and operational metrics. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Community, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to build a world-class agency ecosystem that delivers measurable benefits for both partners and Squarespace.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Channel Partners and offers a hybrid working model from our NYC Headquarters.
