Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance our growing customer base across North America in 2026, with plans for global expansion in 2027. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they recognize the full potential of BluSynq, and provide ongoing support throughout their journey. This role transcends traditional customer support—it places you at the forefront of AI's impact on various industries.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Lead comprehensive onboarding for new clients, ensuring a streamlined and effective initiation process.
- Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients, including service, sales, and administrative leaders.
- Deliver proactive support and issue resolution, efficiently managing tickets and client feedback.
- Monitor account health and pinpoint growth opportunities within your portfolio.
- Act as a liaison between clients and product/technical teams, advocating for user requirements.
- Conduct training sessions, reviews of best practices, and optimization calls.
- Play a key role in shaping the adoption and scaling of BluSynq's services across North America.
- Educate clients on our AI-powered features, fostering adoption and confidence in our technology.
About You:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in French is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about technology and AI, eager to contribute to forward-thinking solutions.
- Strong communicator with an ability to build trust and manage professional relationships.
- Organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple client accounts.
- Curious and eager to learn, excited about opportunities in a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Experience in SaaS or technical support is highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Montreal and throughout North America.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
