This role is positioned at the crossroads of RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Product, directly reporting to the Head of RevOps. It is a builder's role for someone who inherently identifies inefficiencies in the GTM process and instinctively seeks solutions.
Previous job titles are not a prerequisite. Many successful individuals in this position have come from adjacent fields (SDR, RevOps, Growth, Engineering) and have self-taught their way to success. The unifying factor among them is intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a propensity for experimentation.
You will not receive a completely defined roadmap; however, you will collaborate closely with GTM leaders to pinpoint where your contributions can yield the greatest impact.

This position is remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in Pittsburgh or similar US markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify inefficiencies across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps and proactively address them.
Design and implement AI-driven workflows, tools, and MVPs (primarily for internal use, occasionally customer-facing).
Automate repetitive GTM processes (lead enrichment, outbound personalization, CRM workflows, routing, etc.).
Engage in rapid experimentation: transitioning from idea to prototype to live usage in days.
Collaborate with various teams to deeply understand challenges and deliver actionable solutions.
Serve as an internal thought partner regarding the transformative potential of AI in our GTM approach.
Continuously investigate new AI tools, workflows, and concepts, integrating the best into our operations.
