About the Role:
Glean is on the hunt for a dynamic leader to head our AI Outcomes Manager (AIOM) team. The AIOMs play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' end-users successfully adopt and extract meaningful, measurable value from Glean’s AI solutions. The team engages in various activities, including end-user training enablement, prompt and agent advisory/building, and value realization. Ultimately, the AIOMs are tasked with maximizing end-user engagement across our product suite.
You will:
- Oversee the employee lifecycle for a team of AI Outcomes Managers, focusing on high-impact customer enablement, platform advisory/building, and business value realization with Glean’s offerings.
- Create a comprehensive set of Glean prescriptive materials and training resources to enhance user experience and engagement.
