In collaboration with functional leaders across Client Services, Product, and Technology, our team defines the end-to-end self-service experience across client-facing platforms, with a strong focus on AI innovation.
As a Product Manager Consultant, you will assess market challenges and client experiences, establish product requirements, and collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements. A solid understanding of AI technologies is essential. Our solutions leverage on-demand cloud software across various functional areas, including Agentic AI, chatbots, AI/ML, IAM/SSO, knowledge management, and self-service tools. We seek a senior consultant who embodies a customer-first, digital-native mindset, and is passionate about shaping digital service experiences from design to development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the tactical roadmap by comprehensively understanding client needs and aligning with the strategy set forth by the Senior Director.
- Create detailed business requirements and specifications for existing and new services and products, including user stories and well-formed feature specifications with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the UX/CX team to ensure requirements translate effectively into mockups that meet client interaction and design standards.
- Monitor platform performance daily, analyze trends, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Client Services, Product, Technology, UX Design) to outline key milestones, including development, testing, integration, design, client support, and product delivery.
- Manage post-release feature metrics to assess adoption, performance, and necessary iterations in partnership with the product marketing and client success teams.
- Analyze data to deliver actionable product insights and define operational data requirements.
- Identify gaps in the current product offerings and spearhead efforts to develop solutions that enhance business value.
- Support various internal customer support teams to streamline product rollouts.
- Develop concise product documentation to educate stakeholders on product features.
