In your role as the Airport Manager at LAX, you will be pivotal in leading all airport operations and customer service, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing outcomes across various functions. Your responsibilities will encompass safety, service excellence, leadership, revenue management, regulatory compliance, and key operational metrics, like on-time performance, all aimed at enhancing customer experience and promoting continuous business improvement.
This position requires a strategic approach to airport performance, focusing on identifying opportunities to optimize local operations while managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing initiatives that align with broader airport goals. Building strong relationships with airport authorities, government and regulatory bodies, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders is essential for ensuring a collaborative and seamless operation. You will also provide substantial support for our regional operations throughout the Americas, including assistance with charter activities as needed.
