Position: Airport Representative - Rhodes

Purpose
As an Airport Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations of our services at Rhodes Airport. From greeting and assisting guests upon their arrival to coordinating transfers and providing support throughout their stay, you will be responsible for crafting a positive and memorable experience for our visitors. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various departments within our organization, including reception, concierge, and reservations, to ensure seamless communication and outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at the airport.
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements.
- Provide information and assistance regarding their stay, hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure timely and efficient coordination of guest transportation to and from the hotel.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and a customer-first priority.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and flight details.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and provide a seamless experience for guests.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
