• Achieves outstanding performance in the Delta Region for the Allergan Aesthetics (AA) portfolio.
• Prepares and executes effective call plans using SMART objectives, evaluating and documenting outcomes post-call.
• Employs evidence-based medicine techniques during calls, utilizing clinical literature and approved promotional materials effectively.
• Skillfully addresses objections and concerns, consistently achieving logical and actionable outcomes during each interaction.
• Educates medical providers and their staff on products and services.
• Identifies, nurtures, and maintains relationships with disease state experts and advocates.
• Implements innovative strategies to access challenging HCPs and communicates results to the brand team through their Line Manager.
• Clearly articulates the value proposition of AA to assigned health providers.
• Continuously gathers market intelligence regarding HCP needs and environmental challenges, sharing insights with field teams and leveraging them to the Brand teams.
• Proactively fulfills HCP needs in alignment with company guidelines and compliance policies.
• Shares best practices to drive the success of the AA business across Brand Teams.
• Initiates, develops, and executes a growth plan to enhance skills and prepare for future opportunities.
• Demonstrates expertise in disease, product, market, and competitive intelligence.
• Possesses a deep understanding of the evolving multi-stakeholder healthcare environment.
• Analyzes reports and field intelligence to inform strategy.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive engagement plan focused on key HCPs to exceed performance goals.
• Creates a journey plan that optimizes coverage and frequency to key HCPs, ensuring achievement of call plan metrics.
• Accurately identifies HCP positions on the promotional cycle, effectively targeting and managing resources to maximize business opportunities while adhering to compliance requirements.
• Consistently meets call metrics including days in the field, target coverage, and call rates to optimize outcomes.
• Maintains precise accountability for samples in accordance with policies, completing administrative tasks on time and meeting communication expectations.
• Collaborates effectively with in-field teams and networks within the district to ensure organizational support.
