We are looking for an Assistant(e) Chef de Projet Opérations Retail (H/F) to join our Retail Operations team for a one-year internship starting in September 2026. This position is based in Paris (75).
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing in-store operations (back office and front office):
- Monitoring store operations;
- Managing back office tools (inventory, etc.) and front office tools (customer experience);
- Participating in and proposing process improvements, bridging the gap between business teams and technical teams;
- Training new stock employees within the network;
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of the KPIs monitored in back operations: stock accuracy, unknown shrinkage, stock management KPIs.
Network management:
- Preparing weekly meetings: agendas, presentations, and minutes;
- Coordinating logistics for management seminars.
Project management:
- Taking full responsibility for a project, from conception to deployment and results analysis (the project will be decided based on current events at the time of the internship and your preferences).
Operational support on the ground as needed:
- Participating in major network events (opening pop-ups, VIP evenings, etc.).
