As an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) stationed at the DFH1 Station, located at 6499 NW 12th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, we are seeking dependable Delivery Associates who prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring safe and timely delivery of packages. You will be operating a modern, comfortable vehicle equipped with the latest technology to assist you in delivering packages to Amazon customers. WORK SCHEDULE:
- Drivers typically work 8-10 hours a day (3 or 4 days per week, including weekends), with breaks for rest and meals.
- Hourly compensation is set at $20.50.
- Incentives and bonuses are available for top-performing team members.

Essential Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Availability to work any day of the week.
- Prior experience delivering packages as a DSP Delivery Associate, Amazon Delivery Associate, or Flex Driver is required.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Physical capability to lift, bend, reach, kneel, and perform tasks for shifts lasting up to 9 hours.
- Ability to operate and navigate a vehicle effectively.
- Proficiency in using GPS and various applications related to delivery tasks.
- Capacity to lift, push, pull, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to navigate stairs and multi-story buildings.
General Responsibilities:
- Follow strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
- Engage professionally with customers and the public during deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries or issues with proactive solutions, keeping them informed about their delivery status.
- Utilize handheld technology for package delivery, managing progress, and resolving any on-road challenges.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the delivery vehicle.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed.
- Participate in delivery station activities, including sorting and general operational tasks.
Work Environment:
Drivers will operate a delivery van, making numerous stops (up to 200-300 daily) at residences and businesses, which may require climbing in and out of the van and navigating stairs.
