Oversee all customer service aspects of daily operations at Fairmont Or.
Ensure adherence to Fairmont Or’s operational and service standards, monitoring the upkeep of all Fairmont Or products.
Review all reservations at Fairmont Or, ensuring compliance with Fairmont Or standards while anticipating special requests.
Drive profitability for Fairmont Or, aligning with the front desk's direction on upselling programs.
Provide exceptional concierge services to our guests regarding local activities, regional restaurants, and special events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty, participating in client enrollment in the ALL program to meet specific objectives.
Commit to exceeding guest expectations by ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction and achieving standout results within the chain.
Develop and maintain contacts with external businesses, local communities, and concessions, notably Station Mont-Tremblant.
Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments.
Establish and uphold daily communication with all Fairmont Or team members.
Engage in the training and development of the Fairmont Or team.
Propose and encourage innovative ideas and improvements in customer service, executing Fairmont Or plans and programs in compliance with company and hotel policies.
Deliver outstanding customer service during breakfast and hors d'oeuvres hours to ensure guest satisfaction at Fairmont Or.
Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Perform any other duties related to this position.
