Position: Animator / Motion Graphics Designer - Brand Campaigns

About This Opportunity:
Become a vital part of our expanding creative team as an Animator / Motion Graphics Designer. You will play a key role in animating brand narratives and delivering visually stunning content that resonates with audiences across various digital platforms. Your expertise will contribute to marketing campaigns, product explainers, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce captivating 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for videos, advertisements, and presentations.
• Create animated sequences for explainer videos, product demonstrations, social media campaigns, and brand content that engage viewers.
• Collaborate with creative teams, utilizing storyboards and briefs to craft dynamic visual experiences from concepts.
• Partner with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing professionals to merge motion with static visuals.
• Ensure all animations adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired tone and message.
• Proficiently use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D tools (such as Cinema 4D and Blender).
• Export animations in a variety of formats (MP4, GIF, MOV, WebM) tailored for different platforms.
• Efficiently integrate feedback from clients and stakeholders while preserving creative integrity and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files, plugins, asset libraries, and animation resources.
• Optimize assets for multi-platform delivery, including social media, web, and broadcast specifications.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics or animation, supported by a robust portfolio showcasing your work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience in creating animations for digital marketing, advertising, or brand campaigns.
• A strong creative vision for motion, timing, design aesthetics, and storytelling through visuals.
• Knowledge of social media formats and digital ad specifications, as well as skills in platform optimization.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a balance between speed, quality, and creativity.
• A collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and adept at following creative direction.
• Experience with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) and sound design integration is a plus.
• Previous experience in advertising agencies, SaaS, entertainment, or e-learning sectors is preferred.
• Understanding of video marketing KPIs including engagement, CTR, and completion rates is advantageous.
Key Success Metrics:
• Timely delivery of animation projects with minimal revisions (≤2 major revisions).
• Quality and creativity of motion graphics rated by clients and stakeholders.
• Improvement in campaign performance attributed to animated assets (engagement, CTR, watch time).
• Effective organization and maintenance of reusable animation libraries for team efficiency.
• Smooth collaboration and communication throughout the creative development process.
