- Competitive Salary: Expected annual pay ranges from $68,000 to $80,000, complemented by a 15% performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals.
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and fellow team members.
- Oversee all property maintenance operations, including vendor management, staff supervision, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, and resident service requests.
- Effectively communicate the maintenance and capital needs of the property to management to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with AIR operating procedures, guidelines, and regulations, particularly in Environmental Health & Safety.
- Manage property budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
