Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to drive revenue for one of our leading products. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will excel in solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycle.
Your Role:
As a Solution Consultant, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving assigned quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Act as a technical and domain expert for the client-facing sales team, supporting product sales.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and present tailored product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can address customer needs and add value.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies.
- Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
