Your Role
As an Applied AI Engineer, you will take ownership of the intelligent functionalities that drive the Crosby platform. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of AI features, from system architecture to model customization. This position is ideal for a product-focused engineer eager to leverage modern AI technologies and deliver impactful, reliable features.
Key Responsibilities
Core AI System Development: Architect, develop, and scale pivotal AI features, including intricate Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent workflows.
Model Customization: Fine-tune and adapt language models to enhance their performance for specific legal applications where standard solutions may fall short.
Quality Assurance: Create evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to guarantee the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of our AI solutions in a production environment.
Pragmatic AI Application: Stay abreast of the latest AI research to identify effective tools and techniques that address immediate product challenges.
Collaborative Deployment: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
