With over 25 years of experience in training young apprentices in sales, many of our former trainees have built successful careers at Unaferm, with several now holding managerial positions.
Responsibilities
LEVEL 1: INTEGRATION AND TRAINING DURING YOUR APPRENTICESHIP
We are committed to your future by providing you with extensive training throughout a full year.
During this period, you will undertake the following tasks:
Training from our expert managers on recruiting, integrating, and training new sales professionals.
Learning and synthesizing our unique sales techniques and management processes through hands-on customer support with our expert salespeople.
Participation in sales and management meetings.
LEVEL 2: YOUR HIRING ON A PERMANENT CONTRACT AFTER TRAINING
You will now be prepared to:
Support, coach, and train your team in the field by providing guidance and methodologies.
Participate in recruiting new salespeople to enhance your team, in collaboration with Unaferm's integrated recruitment service.
Organize and lead your monthly meetings and collaborative training workshops.
LEVEL 3: EVOLUTION
Once you excel in your responsibilities and achievements, you will become a reference in your field, with opportunities to broaden your skills in business strategy and commercial development.
