As a member of the Global Retail Experience team, your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing brand consistency and executing global retail marketing strategies across Salomon Brandstores and Wholesale partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Retail Marketing Animation (Brandstores & Wholesale)
Assist in launching global retail campaigns, including seasonal programs, monthly promotions, and product launches.
Contribute to the development of retail guidelines for Performance & Sportstyle monthly campaigns and seasonal retail strategies.
Support regional teams to ensure effective implementation of retail marketing tools.
Guarantee alignment between global brand strategy and in-store executions.
Retail Activation (Events & Digital)
Engage in the creation and implementation of global retail activations, such as events, consumer experiences, and digital initiatives.
Assist in developing Performance & Sportstyle activation guidelines.
Track activation adoption across regions and gather KPI insights from regional teams.
Contribute to enhancing engagement and visibility within retail environments.
Global Coordination & Reporting
Collect information from EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and China retail teams concerning campaign executions and activations.
Compile regional data to emphasize global brand consistency across various markets.
Assist in creating seasonal reports, conducting campaign reviews, and tracking performance for retail marketing initiatives.
Local Execution – Salomon Store Annecy
Support the implementation of retail activations at the Salomon store in Annecy.
Collaborate with store teams to ensure the proper execution of marketing tools and adherence to brand guidelines.
Salomon Sale Launch (SSL) – Coordination & Execution
You will assist the team in managing the complete preparation and execution of the Salomon Sale Launch (SSL), including:
Providing briefings to creative agencies for the design and 3D modeling of window displays and showroom layouts.
Coordinating with production agencies while monitoring the development, production, and delivery of all SSL materials.
Collaborating with Product and Brand Creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
