Your Responsibilities:
As a versatile Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation of all technical equipment and installations within the hotel. Your role includes overseeing the technical maintenance and compliance of guest rooms and seminar areas to guarantee the safety and comfort of our clients. You will work closely with the Technical Director to adhere to intervention schedules and established procedures concerning equipment and facility maintenance.
Your Key Duties:
- Actively contribute to guest comfort by tailoring your interventions to meet their expectations and ensuring responses are appropriate.
- Perform timely repairs and maintenance, address unexpected issues, and keep up-to-date with tracking tools.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical installation malfunctions.
- Implement corrective action plans communicated by your supervisor.
- Follow the preventive maintenance plan.
- Possess solid knowledge in ventilation, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, water distribution systems (hot and cold), electricity (both high and low current), fire prevention systems, TV and radio antenna networks, kitchen equipment, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs in common areas and guest rooms, including carpets, wallpaper, painting, false ceilings, and joinery.
- Monitor work orders provided by the Technical Director until full completion.
- Perform regular checks of technical installations during rounds to prevent malfunctions.
Your Profile:
- Technical & Maintenance BAC or CAP-BEP in electrotechnics or electromechanics.
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
- Good presentation and communication skills (customer interaction).
- Strong knowledge in electricity, heating, and plumbing.
