Join our Operational Support team, where you will contribute to enhancing and automating IT operations. Your mission will be to optimize monitoring, incident management, and the automation of recurring tasks through scripts and internal tools.
You will collaborate with systems, network, and IT support teams to improve operational reliability and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
Automation & Scripting:
Develop automation scripts for IT operational tasks.
Maintain and enhance existing scripts.
Automate recurring operations (deployments, checks, reports).
Development of Internal Tools:
Contribute to the development of small internal tools or dashboards.
Design scripts for log collection and analysis.
Create monitoring or alerting scripts.
Operational Support:
Assist in the analysis and resolution of technical incidents.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures.
Document developed scripts and tools.
Quality & Documentation:
Write technical documentation.
Propose automation improvements.
Participate in internal technical reviews.
Technical Environment:
Languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell
Systems: Linux / Windows
Tools: Git, Docker (optional)
Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Centreon or equivalent
Scripting & Automation: API, cron, CI/CD
Log Management: ELK, Splunk or equivalent
