Your Contribution:
In your role as an Architectural Designer Intern, you will collaborate closely with a designated mentor to develop and execute project deliverables. Your responsibilities will include assisting with 3D modeling and design, conducting field investigations, performing red-to-black markup/review tasks, and producing essential discipline deliverables such as floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, interior and exterior elevations and sections, schedules, and installation details in accordance with CRB’s VDC standards. You will tackle a variety of architectural assignments, likely working on multiple projects simultaneously, and will be expected to collaborate effectively with architectural staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Core Responsibilities:
- Creating project documents (e.g., calculations, reports, construction drawings, and specifications) in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Assisting in the development of conceptual designs and coordinating with the design team under the guidance of the project team lead.
- Collaborating with various internal and external team members including vendors, clients, and contractors.
