Role Overview
As the Area Director, you will play a vital role in steering the performance, growth, and member experience across our multiple clinics in New York. This senior leadership position integrates strategic operational management with clinical quality oversight, all while prioritizing an exceptional member experience.
Reporting directly to the Head of Markets, U.S., you will ensure operational excellence, uphold clinical compliance in partnership with Lead Doctors, and drive strong financial outcomes across all New York clinics. Your leadership will be key in scaling Neko’s innovative care model while preserving our esteemed standards of hospitality and clinical integrity.
Key Deliverables for the First 6–12 Months
Guarantee each clinic provides a seamless and premium member experience in line with Neko Health’s service standards.
Spearhead regional initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality through member feedback, NPS insights, and on-the-ground observations.
Cultivate a culture centered on hospitality where empathy, professionalism, and precision are paramount in every member interaction.
Oversee and maintain the physical and experiential standards of all clinics, ensuring consistency in ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
Medical Quality & Compliance
Collaborate with Lead Doctors to uphold Neko’s clinical quality standards and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Drive continuous improvements in medical service delivery and maintain inspection readiness across all sites.
Act as a liaison between clinic operations and the Medical Excellence team to ensure best practices are consistently implemented regionally.
Mentor and develop Lead Doctors and Clinic Leads, enhancing their leadership capabilities and accountability for quality outcomes.
