Position Highlights:
- Temporary Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST
- Location: Huntsville, AL 35274
- Thrives in a high-volume production environment.
- Manage medical record requests, communicating with patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide necessary medical information.
- Document and manage information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Receiving and processing requests for patient health information in compliance with company and facility policies.
- Upholding confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
- Maintaining proficiency in company and facility software applications.
- Adhering to the company's Code of Conduct and customer facility policies.
- Reporting any work-related issues or volume fluctuations to management.
- Assisting with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.
- Consistently applying medical privacy regulations to prevent unauthorized disclosures.
- Managing patient health records effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards to safeguard patient records.
- Preparing new patient charts by gathering necessary documents from both paper and electronic sources.
- Assembling medical records in a standard, accurate, and complete order.
- Creating digital copies of physical documents to be stored in the electronic medical record system.
