About the job
As the Area Manager for Italy - Affiliation, you will spearhead the expansion, engagement, and oversight of a network of 23 affiliated stores located across Liguria, Tuscany, Umbria, and Marche.
In a collaborative affiliation framework with two partners, you will play a critical role in coordination and supervision, ensuring alignment between Courir's strategy, head office support teams, and local operators.
As the primary interface between affiliates and the head office, you will assist entrepreneurs in managing commercial performance, adhering to brand standards, and implementing strategic projects.
You will ensure the effective application of retail concepts, processes, and guidelines, adopting a business partner approach focused on consultancy and performance optimization.
Additionally, you will contribute to the exchange and sharing of best practices with other Courir countries, fostering harmonization and international growth.
Your Challenges
1. Business Development and Performance Management of the Affiliate Network
• Analyze the overall performance of your portfolio of affiliated stores and assist entrepreneurs in optimizing results.
• Support partners in key KPIs (revenue, margin, productivity, stock, commercial indicators) and co-create targeted action plans.
• Ensure the correct application of the commercial concept, brand standards, and the COURIR customer experience.
• Assist affiliates in implementing commercial operations and performance levers defined by the head office.
• Conduct competitive analyses and share strategic recommendations to strengthen local positioning.
2. Entrepreneur Support and Team Development
• Serve as the main reference point for affiliates in overall business management (management, organization, performance).
• Advise and challenge entrepreneurs in managerial and organizational decisions.
• Promote the skill development of store teams by disseminating best practices and brand-provided tools.
• Collaborate closely with support functions (Retail, Finance, Merchandising) to ensure structured and consistent support.
• Identify and disseminate best practices within the network.
3. Coordination, Compliance, and Network Development
• Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, internal procedures, and legal obligations by affiliates.
• Oversee store opening projects and additional initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and compliance.
