YOUR MISSION
We are seeking an Area Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing courier fleet performance across assigned cities. This position demands a blend of operational expertise, stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, and creativity to overcome diverse challenges. Couriers play a crucial role in our marketplace, and you will ensure their long-term sustainability, while also boosting operational performance and user experience in Poland.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES:
- Supporting the Central Operations Team and Local Teams with scalable processes that leverage data to directly influence KPIs.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders from various departments (Sales, Expansion, Account Managers) to strategize, implement, and evaluate operational projects impacting courier contributions to user experience.
- Analyzing daily and weekly operational metrics with a broad perspective on long-term city success, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of local supply conditions.
- Innovating process improvements that significantly enhance the user experience related to couriers.
- Leading projects aimed at refining KPIs like Delivery Time and Cancellations while ensuring the accuracy of courier forecasts.
- Continuously enabling and fostering a culture of excellence.
