Key Responsibilities
- Embrace a “own the number” mindset to achieve company KPIs for your territory.
- Increase product visibility by securing additional display space within your assigned area.
- Optimize shelf arrangements and manage product merchandising to foster sales growth.
- Enhance consumer awareness through point-of-sale materials and effective in-store promotional activities.
- Seize opportunities to educate customers on what sets our brand apart from competitors.
- Ensure product quality by rotating stock and removing damaged items.
- Maintain organization and proper stock rotation in back storage areas.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to track daily activities and display performance.
Build Strong Relationships with Retail Partners
- Foster positive relationships with key retail contacts to secure additional display opportunities.
- Consistently service your assigned accounts with diligent follow-ups (approximately 8-12 stops per day).
- Plan and schedule weekly account visits based on specific business requirements.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate to implement strategies that promote sales growth for both the store and Spindrift.
- Negotiate agreements that are mutually beneficial for both parties.
- Build trust and credibility with accounts through consistent engagement.
