About the job
Join the OECD as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer responsible for the design and development of innovative AI solutions:
- Utilize Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Hub to architect and implement AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, custom copilots, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs, ensuring secure and controlled access to AEN data sources.
- Enhance prompt engineering and model orchestration for high-value use cases.
- Create connectors and APIs to integrate AI capabilities within existing AEN systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Invenio RDM.
- Ensure operational reliability, performance, and security of AI services.
- Establish monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement mechanisms for AI deployments.
- Manage versioning, documentation, and traceability of AI models and workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building:
- Work closely with AEN division and office leaders to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with the AEN IT team to develop AI skills within the team.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to gather requirements and co-develop prototypes with end users.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on the secure and effective use of AI tools.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities.
AI Governance:
- Contribute to the AEN AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and AI principles.
- Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance of AI systems with OECD standards and international norms, including data protection and export control obligations.
- Define and maintain best practices for responsible AI usage, including documentation, transparency, and auditability of models and prompts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the IT Systems Manager.
