Assembler (1st Shift)

Your Responsibilities
As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of high-quality windows and glass products. This hands-on role involves assembling window systems, installing components, applying sealants, and conducting quality inspections of finished units. You will work on flow line and bench production stations within a collaborative team environment, prioritizing safety, precision, and quality.
- Set up production stations according to job specifications.
- Utilize air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components.
- Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames.
- Employ tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass.
- Fabricate and hang sashes.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products.
- Load and prepare items for shipping and production.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to company quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Lead and support team efforts as needed.
- Participate in OSHA safety training and comply with all PPE and JSA guidelines.
Success in this role requires the ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities to a satisfactory level.
