Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Asset Management Analyst or Associate to join our medical office team, managing one of the largest medical office portfolios in the country. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing our medical office platform, demonstrating a strong initiative, passion for the industry, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Asset Management Team with ongoing oversight of the medical office portfolio.
- Analyze periodic reports related to leasing, occupancy, and market trends, addressing inquiries regarding previous periods.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of annual business plans.
- Compile quarterly updates on financial and operational performance, noting any variances and providing explanations.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill requests for property-level data and metrics for investors, lenders, and partners.
- Engage in annual operating and capital expenditure planning processes.
